The Chapel Hill Denham Graduate Program is open to graduates from any field of study and is well-suited to those with little or no work experience. The Management Development Program is designed to attract, develop, and retain young professionals who are passionate about building a career in financial services at Chapel Hill Denham.
Program Overview
Chapel Hill Denham has designed this program to uphold the firm’s long-standing culture of delivering results and being a trusted adviser to clients. The Management Development Program will equip participants with the knowledge, experience, and exposure needed to build and sustain a successful investment career.
Through the program, Chapel Hill Denham aims to:
1. Attract, select, and retain exceptional talent.
2. Provide rigorous classroom and on-the-job training.
3. Offer exposure to all areas of the firm’s core businesses.
4. Involve participants in ongoing projects and transactions.
5. Instill the firm’s culture and values.
6. Develop participants for future leadership roles.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2026 Chapel Hill Denham Graduate Program, applicants must have:
A critical and design-thinking mindset with innovative problem-solving skills.
* A can-do spirit, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honors (Upper Division).
* 0–3 years’ work experience.
* Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS (an added advantage).
