Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the KOICA Scholarship 2025, you must:

Be a citizen of a KOICA partner country

Be under 40 years old as of February 1, 2025

Be in good physical and mental health

Have proficiency in English

Be a civil servant or a professional officially recommended by your government

Have a minimum professional experience of:

2 years for Master’s programs

3 years for Doctorate programs
