The Qatar University Scholarship offers an exclusive opportunity to international students interested in pursuing undergraduate programs at Qatar University. Successful candidates will receive a full scholarship covering tuition and book fees, student housing, round-trip flights, and a stipend of QR6,000 per year.
Note: Students transferring from other universities, visiting students, non-degree applicants, and those seeking a second bachelor’s degree are not eligible for academic scholarships.
Eligible candidates must apply within the specified application period. Selection is competitive and based on academic qualifications and achievements.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Qatar University Undergraduate Scholarship 2026, applicants must:
1. Hold a high school certificate or its equivalent.
2. Have a minimum high school average of 95%.
3. Receive final acceptance from Qatar University.
4. Meet the admission requirements of the college applied to.
5. Begin studies in the semester the scholarship is awarded (can be postponed for one semester with committee approval).
6. Maintain satisfactory academic performance — failure in the first semester results in cancellation.
7. Have a good reputation.
8. Not be receiving another scholarship or sponsorship simultaneously.

How to Apply

2. Apply online for admission and scholarships during the announced period using the online admission application
3. Wait for evaluation after the online application deadline.
4. If nominated, you’ll receive an initial conditional acceptance letter.
5. Once the university confirms your admission, it will handle visa applications and notify you.
6. The final admission and scholarship decisions will be emailed according to the announced timeline.
