The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced fully funded scholarships for the 2025 intake. International students residing outside Saudi Arabia can now apply for External Scholarship Programs through the Study in Saudi Arabia platform, managed by the Government of Saudi Arabia.
You can apply for Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD programs at public universities in Saudi Arabia without applying separately to each institution. There are nearly 50 public and private universities participating in this initiative.
There is no application fee, and all applications must be submitted through the platform.
