Study in Singapore on a Fully Funded Scholarship!
Applications are now open for the A STAR SINGA Scholarship for the January 2026 intake. SINGA stands for the Singapore International Graduate Award and is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (ASTAR) and five top universities in Singapore: NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU, and SIT.
This bond-free scholarship is open to international students looking to pursue PhD or EngD degrees. If you hold a Bachelor's degree, you can apply directly for a PhD. SINGA covers all expenses, and standardized test scores (GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) are not required at the time of application.
