The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders through structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry experts. You’ll have the opportunity to work across Technical and Non-Technical departments, such as:

Requirements
* 0–2 years’ experience
* Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in a numerical or business-related course
* 5 O’Level credits (including English & Mathematics) at one sitting
* Must have completed NYSC
* Not older than 26 years old
* Master’s Degree is an added advantage
* CIS certification is an added advantage
* Proficiency in Bloomberg and other financial information applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
* Microsoft Office savvy
* Passionate about financial services
* Result-driven and open to learning

Job Description
Technical Roles
* Analyze financial statements
* Participate in due diligence for potential investee companies
* Prepare valuation analysis and build robust financial models
* Execute client trades efficiently while considering key performance metrics
* Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes
* Conduct research on domestic and global markets
* Manage and rebalance client asset allocations
Non-Technical Roles
1. Investment Advisory (Sales)
* Advise clients on portfolios and personalized investment strategies
* Promote firm’s products and alternative investments
* Drive customer acquisition and manage existing client relationships
* Prospect for new business opportunities
* Monitor market trends and suggest strategies
2. Institutional Sales
Serve as a Sales & Client Executive for institutional clients (PFAs, insurers, fintechs, etc.)
* Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships
* Collaborate with senior sales executives to support strategic opportunities
3. Operations & Transformation
* Manage business transformation projects to drive operational excellence
* Streamline processes and improve efficiency across departments
* Evaluate costs and benefits of business improvement initiatives
4. Internal Control
* Develop and implement internal control policies
* Conduct reviews and assessments to identify weaknesses
* Oversee trade reporting for securities
* Supervise back-office operations and ensure compliance with regulations
5. Trustees
* Draft and review contracts, policies, and agreements
* Maintain and expand client base
* Offer professional investment and trust advisory services
6. Legal & Compliance
* Draft and review legal documents
* Ensure compliance with SEC, CBN, and NFIU regulations
* Enforce KYC, AML/CFT standards
* Render regulatory returns promptly and accurately
7. Financial Control
* Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS
* Review journal entries and regulatory reporting
* Support financial control and audit functions
8. Human Resources
* Implement HR policies and processes
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
* Drive learning, development, and HR projects
