University of Delaware Graduate Scholarship 2026 (Fully Funded)

The University of Delaware (UD) in the United States is offering several fully funded opportunities for international students seeking graduate studies.

The scholarship package covers:

* Full tuition fees

* Monthly stipend of $3,000 (before tax)

Scholarship Details

UD is currently accepting applications for Master’s and Ph.D. research assistantships in multidisciplinary fields, including:

* Food Engineering

* Fresh Produce Processing & Microbiology

* Plasma Physics/Chemistry

Start Dates:

Spring 2026 → Domestic students

Fall 2026 → Domestic & international students

Successful candidates will join the Department of Animal and Food Sciences (ANFS) in Newark, Delaware, with opportunities to conduct research in state-of-the-art facilities across Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the University of Delaware Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

* Minimum GPA of 3.5 (undergraduate or graduate level)

* For international students: TOEFL ≥ 95 or IELTS ≥ 6.5

Preferred Skills & Experiences

* High GPA (3.7+ undergraduate / 3.8+ graduate)

* Research experience in plasma physics, chemistry, or engineering

* Programming knowledge (Python, R, MATLAB)

* Numerical simulations with COMSOL or Ansys

* Strong writing and communication skills

* Experience with electronics, robotics, or AI/ML applications
