Scholarship Details
UD is currently accepting applications for Master’s and Ph.D. research assistantships in multidisciplinary fields, including:

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the University of Delaware Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
* Minimum GPA of 3.5 (undergraduate or graduate level)
* For international students: TOEFL ≥ 95 or IELTS ≥ 6.5
Preferred Skills & Experiences
* High GPA (3.7+ undergraduate / 3.8+ graduate)
* Research experience in plasma physics, chemistry, or engineering
* Programming knowledge (Python, R, MATLAB)
* Numerical simulations with COMSOL or Ansys
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Experience with electronics, robotics, or AI/ML applications
