The program, also known as the Knowledge Transfer Program, is part of Dangote Cement’s mission to create a better Africa.
As a graduate trainee in the Support Services functions, you will:

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the program, applicants must:
* Hold a Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Law, or Information Technology.
* Have at least a Second-Class Lower (2:2) or HND Upper Credit.
* Have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
* Complete NYSC by October 2025.
* Be 28 years old or younger as of October 31, 2025.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Demonstrate critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
* Show eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Have a strong passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
