About the Scholarship
Since 2012, Ashesi University has been a proud partner of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, being one of the initiative's nine founding institutions. Over the years, hundreds of African scholars have benefitted from this life-changing opportunity at Ashesi. Through a unique collaboration with Arizona State University, eligible students also have the opportunity to pursue an accelerated master’s degree, earning both undergraduate and graduate degrees in five years instead of the usual six.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Ashesi University Mastercard Foundation Scholarship, applicants must:
* Be a citizen of an African country
* Have an excellent academic record
* Demonstrate financial need
* Show leadership potential and a commitment to community service

2. The Admissions and Financial Aid Office will assess your application for scholarship eligibility, including the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program
3. Submit your application through the application portal
