Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Indonesia invites qualified non-Indonesian applicants to apply for the UNS International Scholarship to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree programs.
There are two scholarship types:
* Full Scholarship
* Partial Scholarship
Note: Programs in the Faculty of Medicine/Medical Sciences have limited quotas.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
* Be a non-Indonesian citizen
* Show interest in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral program at UNS
* Be under 24 years old (for bachelor's program)
* Be able to attend an online interview
* Not hold refugee status
* Not have been convicted of a serious crime
* Have financial support
* Submit all required documents
Scholarship Benefits
1. Full Scholarship
* Tuition fee waiver
* Monthly living allowance:
- IDR 1,500,000 – Bachelor’s
- IDR 1,750,000 – Master’s
- IDR 2,250,000 – Doctoral
* Free Indonesian language course
* Health insurance
2. Partial Scholarship

* Health insurance

Applicants must prepare the following:
1. Recent formal photograph (JPG/PNG, max 300 KB)
2. Valid passport scan (cover & identity pages; minimum 18 months validity)
3. Graduation certificate (English or Indonesian)
4. Academic transcript (English or Indonesian)
5. Health certificate (English or Indonesian)
6. Curriculum Vitae (template provided)
7. Financial statement (template provided)
8. Personal statement (template provided)
9. Certificate of Indonesian language proficiency (preferred)
10. Certificate of English language proficiency
11. 2 Letters of Recommendation (for Master’s & Doctoral applicants)
12. Preliminary research proposal (for Doctoral applicants)

4. Prepare the required documents.
5. Visit the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in your country with:
- UNS Letter of Offer
- Passport
- Graduation certificate
- Academic transcript
6. Create an admission account on the UNS International Admission website.
7. Fill in your personal information.
8. Upload all documents under the “Upload Document” section.
9. Print the registration card after submission.
Selection Process will be conducted by the admissions committee and include
- Administrative screening
- Initial interview
- Computer-based test
- Final interview by department
5. Successful candidates will be notified via email with a Letter of Acceptance.
