Program Overview
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program provides funding that covers:

* Room, board, and incidental costs

This program enables participants known as Fulbrighters to engage in academic and cultural exchange by living, studying, and working alongside their host communities. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Fulbright Student Program 2025, applicants must:
* Reside in the nominating country at the time of application
* Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) by the program start date, with a strong academic record
* Be fluent in English, demonstrated by any of the following test scores:
- 550 (Paper-Based TOEFL)
- 79–80 (Internet-Based TOEFL – IBT)
- 6.5 (Overall IELTS Score)
* Not hold U.S. citizenship (dual U.S. citizens are not eligible)
* Meet additional requirements specific to your country of citizenship
