The Malta Government Endeavor Scholarship, sponsored by the European Union, supports international and EU students pursuing Master’s (MQF Level 7) and PhD (MQF Level 8) programs at top institutions in Malta.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

* Be a Maltese or international student

* Apply for Master’s or PhD programs (MFQ 7 or MFQ 8 levels)

Note:

  * Applicants with an existing Master’s degree may only apply for a PhD.

  * If already enrolled in a PhD or equivalent level, you are not eligible.

Applicants can apply to programs in the following fields:

* Environmental Studies and Sustainability

* Finance

* Health

* ICT (Information & Communication Technology)

* Management-related Studies

* Maritime-related Studies

* STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)

* Tourism and Hospitality

* Transport and Logistics

* Veterinary-related Studies

How to Apply 

1. Visit the official scholarship webpage

2. Submit the online application with all required documents.

3. Attend an interview if shortlisted.

4. Submit second-round documentation by October 10, 2025, if selected.

Applicants who meet all requirements and pass the interview will be awarded the scholarship under the 4th Call Endeavour II Regulations.
