Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 2025 ExxonMobil Graduate Internship, applicants must:
* Have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper) in Engineering
* Possess knowledge of Project and Construction Management principles
* Understand ExxonMobil’s practices in project management & execution
* Have 0–3 years of experience in project execution, facilities, or production engineering
* Be willing to relocate to the assigned project site
