Scholarship Programs
KFUPM is offering fully funded PhD scholarships for the January 2026 intake in the following research areas:
* 2D Materials
* CFETs (Complementary FETs)
* Memristors
* Neuromorphic Computing
Successful candidates will engage in atomic-level theoretical modeling and device simulations related to semiconductors.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 King Fahd University Scholarship, applicants must:
* Have a background in Electrical Engineering.
* Possess strong knowledge in:
- Semiconductor Physics
- Theoretical modeling and atomic-level simulations
Preferred Skills:
*Experience with 2D materials, band structure analysis, density of states and device-level simulations
* Research publication record is a strong advantage.
