Scholarship Details
Malmö University Scholarships are full or partial scholarships that may include:
- Full or partial tuition coverage
- SEK 15,000 monthly living stipend
- SEK 12,000 travel grant
- Membership with global professional networks
Important Notes:
* Scholarships are awarded annually to a limited number of qualified master’s students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland who are required to pay tuition fees.
* Awards are based on academic merit, professional experience, and motivation.
* Students in two-year programs retain the scholarship for the second year if they successfully complete the first year and meet progression criteria:
- Minimum 22.5 credits per semester
- Minimum 45 credits per academic year
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for Malmö University Scholarships, applicants must:
* Be an international student
* Have applied for an English-taught master’s program
* Choose a Malmö University program as their first choice on University Admissions (ranked 1 of 4)
* Be admitted to their first choice program
* Be required to pay tuition fees for university studies in Sweden

3. Once admitted, applicants will receive instructions on how to apply for the scholarship.
Selection Criteria:
* Previous academic excellence
* Relevant experience described in your CV
* Motivation for social engagement through the chosen program
Notifications:
* Scholarship offers will be announced by the end of April.
* Applicants not offered a scholarship will not be notified individually.
