Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Energia Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:
1) Be a Nigerian citizen
2) Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Civil, Electrical
- Petroleum
- Mechanical
- Chemical
- Process
- Computer
- Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
- Geoscience
- Business
- Finance
3) Have a minimum qualification of:
Second Class Upper (2:1); or Second Class Lower (2:2) with a Master’s degree (Distinction)
4) Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2023 or later
5) Be self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical abilities
6) Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
