Interswitch Nigeria is inviting young Nigerians to apply for the 2025 Developers Program, a major initiative designed to train and develop 5,000–10,000 world-class tech professionals over the next three years.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend, hands-on training, and potential employment opportunities to kickstart their tech careers.
Program Overview
Applications are officially open for the 2025 Interswitch Developers Program.
Through the Interswitch Skillbase Academy, participants will gain practical skills that bridge the gap between knowledge, experience, and technical expertise. If you’re passionate about technology, this could be your pathway into the tech industry.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
* Be a tech enthusiast
* Be Nigerian
* Have 0–2 years of tech experience
* Choose one specialty track
* Be willing to complete the full duration of the program
