The Nigerian Government, in partnership with the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), has opened applications for the second cohort of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program (NJFP). The NJFP offers a 12-month paid internship to eligible Nigerian graduates, providing hands-on experience and a monthly stipend of ₦150,000.
About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program (NJFP)
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program is a youth empowerment initiative launched by the Federal Government of Nigeria in partnership with the UNDP to tackle graduate unemployment. The program provides 12 months of paid internship opportunities for young graduates to gain practical experience in reputable organizations across Nigeria.
Through structured workplace exposure, the program fosters:

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program (NJFP), applicants must:
* Be a Nigerian citizen
* Be a fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree or HND) from any discipline, graduated not earlier than 2022
* Have graduated with at least:
- Second-Class Lower (2.2) for Bachelor’s degree holders, or
- Upper Credit (≥ 3.00) for HND holders
* Be 30 years old or younger
* Not currently employed
* Have completed NYSC or possess an NYSC exemption certificate
* Demonstrate commitment to chosen career field and national development
* Possess good communication and time management skills
