Key Responsibilities

Operations, Health & Safety, and Loss Control

* Perform Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) checks

* Ensure timely preparation and storage of food and equipment

* Conduct shift control and monitor service or product quality

* Implement staff positioning plans during shifts

* Report all health & safety issues to the Restaurant Manager

Business Planning and Financial Control

* Manage cash and ensure compliance with company cash policy

* Oversee stock control and inventory management

* Perform routine preventative maintenance checks

* Enforce portion control and minimize waste

Customer Service

* Be a role model by delivering outstanding customer service

* Supervise ordering accuracy and speed

* Promptly address and resolve customer complaints

* Encourage Gold Standard service across staff

People Management

* Provide on-the-job training to new and existing staff

* Develop staff competency and promote growth

* Listen to staff concerns and escalate where necessary

Sales Building

* Encourage upselling during customer interactions

* Brief staff on ongoing promotional activities

* Suggest incentive ideas for staff performance

* Recognize regular customers to build loyalty
