NTUST Scholarship 2026 — Study in Taiwan with Full Funding

The National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) is now inviting applications from international students for its Spring 2026 Master’s and Doctoral programs. The NTUST Scholarship offers generous funding opportunities through the Taiwan Scholarship Program and other government-sponsored initiatives, helping students cover tuition fees and living expenses. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the NTUST Scholarship 2026, applicants must:

* Be a foreign citizen and must not have studied in Taiwan as an Overseas Chinese Student

* Not hold ROC (Taiwan) nationality unless meeting specific MOE guidelines for dual citizens

* Not be stateless

* Hold:

  • A high school diploma (for undergraduate applicants)
  • A bachelor’s degree (for master’s applicants)
  • A master’s degree (for PhD applicants)

* Not have studied in Taiwan for more than one year (excluding MOE-approved institutions)

* Submit transcripts and diplomas certified and translated into English or Chinese if issued in another language

Scholarship Benefits

NTUST offers various funding opportunities for international students:

* Taiwan Scholarship: Full tuition + living stipend

* NTUST Scholarship: Full tuition + NT\$18,000/month stipend

* ASUS Scholarship: Full tuition + NT\$12,000/month stipend, travel costs, and employment after graduation

* International Dual Doctoral Degree Scholarship: Full tuition + NT\$20,000/month stipend

* Financial Aid: Up to NT\$20,000

* Completed Application Form

* Recent passport-sized photo

* Valid passport or ID

* Certified diploma(s) and transcripts

* Language proficiency test results (depending on program language)

* Personal statement

* Language proficiency document (TOEFL, IELTS, HSK, etc.)
