This fellowship offers an incredible opportunity for grassroots leaders from the Global South who have faced the challenges of climate disinformation in their regions and wish to explore these issues through research and storytelling.
From June to December 2025, selected fellows will:
* Conduct localized research on climate disinformation in their regions
* Participate in a one-week online intensive training
* Receive ongoing mentorship from the CAAD research team and Roots
* Gain media training and support to publish and promote their work
Academic credentials are not required for this opportunity; instead, the program values personal experiences, curiosity, and dedication. Applicants must have a functional level of English and/or Spanish. If an individual possesses a compelling story and is willing to invest the time and energy into this process, they are encouraged to apply.
