Scholarship Details
The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) is a government-funded initiative to support postgraduate education for international students from developing countries. The scholarship aims to build the human resource capacity of participants' home countries.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 2025 MTCP Scholarship, applicants must:
* Be no older than 45 years at the time of application
* Hold at least a Second-Class Upper Honors degree (min. 3.50 GPA)
* Have a previous degree taught in English, or provide one of the following:
- IELTS: Minimum 6.0
- TOEFL IBT: Minimum 70
