Eligibility for Dangote Management Trainee Program 2025

To be considered for the Dangote Cement Management Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

* Be between 28 and 35 years old

* Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

* Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience

* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) (HND applies for technical roles)

* Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills

* Be comfortable with data-driven decision-making

* Show leadership potential and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels

* Exhibit resilience and adaptability to thrive in dynamic and demanding industrial environments

3. Participate in site visits and extended assignments at major plants and depots.

4. Work on high-impact strategic projects, concluding with a capstone presentation to senior leadership.

5. Engage in three leadership labs focused on personal mastery, team leadership, and enterprise leadership.

6. Receive mentorship from cross-border C-level executives.

7. Maintain a reflective development journal and participate in peer learning circles.

8. Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and influence skills in real-world industrial and business settings.
