Program Details
The CWAY Foods Graduate Trainee Program is designed to consolidate the company’s efforts in the dairy industry to ensure sustained growth while contributing to job creation and economic development in its areas of operation. This is a three-month Graduate Trainee Program specifically for graduates from Agriculture-related disciplines.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the CWAY Foods Graduate Trainee Program, candidates must:
* Have completed the mandatory NYSC.
* Have no more than 3 years post-NYSC experience.
* Be willing to relocate to Ogere, Ogun State.
* Be interested in starting and growing a career in a dairy firm.
* Be available to join immediately.
Benefits
Basic Salary: ₦70,000 (with free accommodation) during the 3-month training period. Upon successful completion, candidates will be assessed and may be retained as full-time staff with competitive salaries and additional benefits.
