The Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program is a premium leadership initiative designed to challenge and transform young, talented graduates into the next generation of leaders. As a participant, you will gain international exposure and develop strong leadership experience to operate within Coca-Cola across 29 countries.
Program Details
The Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program combines:
* A hands-on approach to leadership development.
* Support and mentorship from Coca-Cola HBC Senior Leaders.
* Access to world-class formal learning opportunities.
The program specifically targets high-caliber Gen Z individuals (Nigerians at home or abroad) who are eager to learn fast, grow fast, and become future leaders in top global companies.
During the training period, trainees will manage complex strategic projects, gaining the skills and knowledge required for senior leadership roles.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the program, applicants must:
* Possess a university degree or be able to commit full-time while studying.
* Demonstrate first leadership experience (job, student associations, NGOs, sports teams, entrepreneurship, etc.).
* Show interest in building a career in Commercial or Supply Chain with the ability to drive business impact.
* Have clear professional and leadership aspirations (through additional training, seminars, or workshops).
* Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Have up to 3 years of formal work experience after graduation.
* Be ready to relocate internationally if required.
* Participation in extra-curricular activities or volunteering is an advantage.
* Experience living in more than one country is an added advantage.
