Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the ETSU Merit Scholarship, applicants must:

* Hold or plan to hold an F-1 or J-1 student visa

* Graduate applicants: 3.0 GPA in undergraduate coursework

How to Apply
1. Apply for admission to an undergraduate or graduate program of your choice at ETSU.
